FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • DASH CONTENTS offers a continuous selection impeccable world’s leading fashion brands such as Ralph Lauren, Diesel, and Hackett London as well as specially requested luxury labels such as, RL Black Label, Dolce & Gabbana, and Giorgio Armani.

  • For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address, which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

  • As sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock, we recommend that you refer to the ‘Size and Fit’ tab and the sizing chart on the product page to help you choose the best size.

    If you are not entirely happy with the size you have purchased, simply exchange it for a different one. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions section.

  • DASH CONTENTS PREMIUM PACKAGING

    Your first order will be delivered in one of our signature box. Next time you shop, ‘Basic Packaging’ will be the default selection, where your items arrive in a plain box with no DASH CONTENTS branding. You always have a choice of both packaging options when you reach the shipping page. Please note that DASH CONTENTS Premier orders are delivered in DASH CONTENTS carrier bags, unless the gift option has been chosen. Shoes will be wrapped as described below.

    BASIC PACKAGING

    Your items will be placed in a plain box with no DASH CONTENTS signature box.

    DISCREET PACKAGING

    If you would prefer a more subtle delivery option, your order can be received in a non-branded bag. This is only available for DASH CONTENTS Premier orders.

    SHOES

    Orders consisting solely of shoes will be delivered in the original designer packaging placed into a plain brown box.

    All gifts are delivered in our signature DASH CONTENTS boxes. To have your order shipped as a gift, select the gift card option on the packaging page and include an optional note.

    SALES PACKAGING

    All sale items will be delivered in basic packaging, which does not include our signature DASH CONTENTS box.

    FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

    If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the Forgotten Password instructions on the Sign In page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.

PAYMENT SECURITY

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bank Deposit.

  • DASH CONTENTS also provides the option for you to safely store your credit card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, except for the last four digits so that you know which of your cards you are using. You can delete your card details by unchecking the box “remember my payment details” on the payment page.

    Please note that you will need to re-enter card details if you change or add a new address. This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to place an order using your account, they will be unable to do so to any address other than those you have already saved. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

  • To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure DASH CONTENTS uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

    You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.

  • DASH CONTENTS is registered with Godaddy as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser and our web server.
