TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All products to be returned for exchange, replacement or any reason whatsoever must be returned in the best condition possible. The product must be in a resellable and usable state. Any product that has been used (other than being tested), worn out, or stained, dirty and not in an appealing condition would be rejected.

  • If item bought doesn’t fit well due to size variation, customers can exchange based on stock availability. If stock isn’t available, customer can exchange for another product of same price. Contact customer service for more information.

    There would be no exchange for items damaged by customer, our packaging team CAREFULLY double checks items before delivery.

  • There is no returns or exchange for gift items

  • There is return or exchange for items PRE-ORDERED, we would purchase items for you based on the details given to us. Alterations to details for the order can be made within 24 hours after purchase. Please kindly contact our customer service for alteration matters.

  • There would be no return of funds for goods purchased. See Return & Exchange policy.

  • We offer a flexible returns and exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items for exchange repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
